What does meditation mean? Why should we meditate? In other words, what are the benefits of meditation?
In an introductory course, you will learn some meditation techniques that help you to calm down and restore a clear mind. This enables us to experience our everyday lives with greater awareness, concentration and joie de vivre. Qi Gong exercises to strengthen health and the immune system will also be demonstrated.
